Service request terms

Submitting a quote or appointment request does not automatically book service, reserve a route time, or create a payment obligation. Dorian confirms the route, date, and plan by text before service begins.

Current service area

Launch routes focus on Southern Highlands and Mountain's Edge in ZIP codes 89141, 89178, and 89179. Requests outside the current area may be treated as waitlist requests.

Payments

Approved customers receive a Stripe-hosted payment link after confirmation. The website does not collect card numbers or banking information.

Yard access and pets

Customers are responsible for providing safe yard access and securing dogs indoors or in a separate enclosed area before service.

Memberships

Recurring memberships are month to month and can be paused or canceled by text before the next billing cycle.

Commercial inquiries

HOA, apartment, and commercial-property cleanup requests are custom quoted by phone or text. Public commercial pricing is not part of the launch site.
