Happy Scooper LV uses the information you submit to respond to quote and appointment requests, confirm whether your address is on the current route, and communicate about service.

Information collected

The quote form may collect your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, service address, number of dogs, dog-size selection, preferred first-service date, preferred time window, and yard access notes. When you request a One-Time Cleanup, the form may also collect yard size, approximate waste level, and when the yard was last cleaned. The optional marketing fields may include how you heard about Happy Scooper LV and campaign attribution values such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign.

How it is used

Your information is sent securely through our protected server to Happy Scooper LV so Dorian can review the request, manually confirm service availability, price One-Time Cleanup requests, and follow up. Referral and campaign fields help measure which outreach channels are generating quote requests. It is not sold. Payment details are never collected on this website.

Payments

If service is approved and you decide to proceed, payment is handled through a secure Stripe-hosted payment link after route and appointment confirmation.
